Smt. Anandiben Mafatbhai Patel is an Indian politician serving as the 28th and current Governor of Uttar Pradesh. She is also serving as the Governor of Madhya Pradesh (additional charge). She has also served as the former Chief Minister of Gujarat. She was the first female Chief Minister of the state. In the mid-1950s she chose to move to Nootan Sarva Vidhyalaya Kelvani Mandal for her high school studies which had only three girl students at that time. As a student she was an athlete and remained a district level champion for three consecutive years. She has excelled throughout as a student in her studies.
Shri. Hasmukhbhai Patel is the Addl. Director General of Police & Managing Director for the Gujarat State Police Housing Corporation Ltd. He has been a wonderful student and has always been dedicated to working hard and excelling in everything that he does.
Dr. Sanjay Patel, Alumni of N M Nootan School, is an obstetrician, gynaecologist and IVF Doctor in Memnagar, Ahmedabad who provides the best fertility treatment solutions to patients who are facing infertility issues at different levels. His expertise includes laparoscopic tubal recanalization, laparoscopic sling surgeries, laparoscopic Wertheim’s hysterectomy and laparoscopic tubal recanalization. Dr. Sanjay Patel is the first doctor who performed Laparoscopic Wertheim’s Hysterectomy successfully in the year 1997. He has received recognitions and awards including FOGSI “Corion Award” 2007, Excellence in Medical Field Award and Golden Telescope Award. He is currently practicing at Mayflower Women’s Hospital, Ahmedabad.
Smt. Shardaben Patel completed her schooling from Nootan Sarva Vidhyalaya, Visnagar in 1964. She is the
Vice-president of Stree Kelavani Uttejak Mandal, Ahmedabad. She is also a trustee of the Sankalchand Patel University. She contested the 2019 Indian general election and was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha from the Mehsana constituency.
Shri Prakashbhai S. Patel is the grandson of Shri Sankalchandbhai Patel, the philanthropist, freedom fighter and Founder Chairman of Nootan Sarva Vidhyalaya Kelavani Mandal. Following in the footsteps of his Grandfather, Prakashbhai became the young Chairman of Nootan Sarva Vidhyalaya Kelavani Mandal. With a passion for excellence and unrelenting determination to contribute to the social and health related issues in the society, he established the Sankalchand Patel University in 2016 under the private university act and became its first president. Prakashbhai’s dynamic leadership has led to Sankalchand Patel University currently operating 13 institutes in a single integrated campus, offering various courses in the faculties of Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Dental, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Commerce, Management, Computer Application and Fashion Designing Management.
It was a really amazing experience to be part of Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering. Sankalchanddada was visionary and reformer and has always worked for the upliftment of the society. My education at college gave me a base to start my career and what I am today, I will always be obliged to this institution.

It’s proud moment to announce that on the date of 10th January, Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar and University of Texas Health at San Antonio, School of Dentistry has signed MoU on the following grounds. Research collaborations between the both universities, especially in the field of Dentistry. This agreement will help Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College and Hospital to cater students in the scientific innovations, Short term skill development programs, externship and Observer ship programs, Faculties and Students Exchange Programs with them. President of Sankalchand Patel University visnagar Shri Prakash Patel and Director of Technical courses Dr. D. J Shah had fruitful meeting with Peter M. Loomer, B.Sc, D.D.S., Ph.D., MRCD(C), FACD Professor and Dean of UT health School of dentistry, San Antonio USA.
They discussed regarding International and Interdisciplinary research projects, exchange programs, value based teachings, learning and training, out rich courses/certificate program which can be carried out with the academic bodies of both the Universities. Provost Dr. J. R Patel said that this MoU will help dental students for creating bright future in dentistry in India and USA. Both universities vice chancellor and dean have assured to work together for the betterment of dental health of patients and students education at international standards.

The University of Bedfordshire and Sankalchand Patel University share a commitment to impart high quality education and both institutions recognise the value of the international dimension of their activities and the mutual development of research and teaching activities. This Memorandum of Co-operation witnesses that the institutions wish to explore the possibility of collaborating together to develop an agreement allowing students of Sankalchand Patel University to progress to programs of study at the University of Bedfordshire in the academic area of Business and Computing.
